About TMG
TMG is a community of like-minded individuals who are constantly fighting to uphold their Islamic beliefs and maintain their connection with the Almighty, all while navigating life in the chaos that is Western society.
We understand the struggle of staying spiritually connected when it feels like every time you blink, a new worldly distraction pops up.
From school to uni to work—and basically everything in between—we're here to remind you... you’re definitely not alone.
Countless young women are battling the same challenges, and, unfortunately, we don’t get a lot of support or resources in our communities. But hey, that’s where TMG comes in.
Islam is all about community, about lifting each other up, not tearing each other down. And that’s exactly what TMG is here for.
Why?
I created this blog to give a voice to young Muslim women and fill the gap of guidance for our youth sisters within the community.
Growing up, We had teachers and community programs designed specifically for young Muslims aimed at both Girls and Boys - I still remember Ihic excursion days and Jabal Aamal camps (Iykyk)
Fast forward to today, and those programs seem to be disappearing which is exactly why TMG is here today, if something as simple as a blog can spark a change, even if it only affects one person then maybe, just maybe, we’re onto something.
